Trauma

At Interbeing Wellness, we understand trauma not as a personal flaw or isolated event, but as a wound that disrupts one’s natural sense of safety, connection, and wholeness. Trauma can manifest in the body as hyper vigilance, tension, or shutdown; it can echo in the mind as spiraling thoughts, self-criticism, or disconnection; and it can fracture relationships with oneself and others. Rather than reducing trauma to a diagnosis, we see it as the imprint of overwhelming experiences that were too much to process at the time. Healing, then, is not about erasing the past but about creating the conditions for integration—where body, mind, and spirit can gently realign, resilience can emerge, and a person can return to a felt sense of belonging within themselves and the larger web of life.

Life Transitions

At Interbeing Wellness, we see life transitions—whether chosen or unexpected—as thresholds that can feel both disorienting and full of possibility. Changes like career shifts, becoming a parent, moving to a new place, aging, or experiencing loss can stir uncertainty, grief, or self-doubt, while also inviting growth and new perspectives. These times often awaken old patterns, such as people-pleasing or self-abandonment, as the nervous system seeks familiar ground. Rather than rushing through or resisting these passages, we approach them as sacred opportunities for self-discovery and alignment. With compassionate support and mind-body practices, we help you slow down, honor what is ending, tend to what feels uncertain, and step into what is emerging with clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection to your inner strength.

Anxiety

At Interbeing Wellness, we understand anxiety as more than just racing thoughts or constant worry—it is the body and mind signaling that something feels unsafe, overwhelming, or out of balance. Anxiety can show up as spiraling thoughts, restlessness, difficulty sleeping, or a sense of being “on edge,” and often leaves people feeling disconnected from themselves and others. Rather than treating anxiety as something to eliminate, we view it as an invitation to listen more deeply to what your system needs. Through a blend of somatic awareness, mindfulness, and relational support, we work together to calm the nervous system, untangle unhelpful patterns like overthinking or self-doubt, and build new pathways of resilience. This process helps you not only find relief from symptoms but also cultivate steadiness, clarity, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
